Sweeping a place for worship or to earn spiritual reward signifies wealth, good condition, righteousness, and sincerity.

Ibn Sirin said that sweeping one's house signifies losing part of one's wealth. Sweeping a mosque signifies the manifestation of love of Allah in the heart. Sweeping a place and gathering the rubbish signifies cleanliness and accumulated wealth. Sweeping another person's house signifies benefiting from that person's wealth and property. For people who work in dirty and grimy occupations, sweeping signifies lawful provision.
