Shovel

Seeing oneself hold a spade or shovel in one's hand is interpreted as haste.

If a person sees an iron shovel in a dream, it signifies a servant, benefit, provision, and blessing. For an iron shovel sweeps away and carries off all the earth, gravel, and rubbish. And earth and rubbish are a sign of wealth. Again, seeing an iron shovel signifies marriage for the unmarried and blessing for those who farm. Whoever sees himself sweep up and clear away earth and rubbish or straw with an iron shovel will attain much benefit and wealth. Sometimes sweeping with an iron shovel also signifies having an appetite. An iron shovel is also interpreted as the night. It has been said: Seeing an iron shovel in a dream signifies a woman who is patient with toil and hardship, and sometimes reaching joy through provision, benefit, and recovery from illnesses.
