His holiness Ibn Sirin said: "Seeing oneself urinate in a suitable place in a dream signifies deliverance from anxiety and grief."

Seeing oneself urinate on oneself in a dream is interpreted as losing the wealth one has.

Abu Sa'id al-Wa'iz said: "Seeing oneself urinate in an unknown place in a dream signifies marrying an unknown woman." If a person sees himself urinate into a vessel belonging to himself, it is a sign of spending wealth in a place where it will come back to him.

Ja'far al-Sadiq said: Seeing urine in a dream is interpreted in many ways: a) if he is poor, he will become rich, b) if he is a captive, he will be freed, c) if he is a slave, he will be released from bondage, d) if he is a traveller, he will reach his homeland safely. Kirmani said: Seeing oneself pass blood in one's urine signifies a child with deficient limbs. If an unmarried man sees himself urinate into a bottle or a basin in a dream, it is a sign of marriage.

Seeing oneself urinate, someone else also urinating in the same place, and their urine mixing together signifies that a relationship by marriage will arise between them.

Seeing urine signifies unlawful wealth and spending unlawful wealth. Urinating somewhere and feeling relieved signifies expansion of provision, the departure of sorrow and grief, and attaining ease. Holding back one's urine for a long time signifies uneasiness and difficulty in one's affairs. For an unmarried man, seeing himself defecate in an unknown place signifies that he will marry a woman from that place.

Seeing one's urine flow abundantly signifies abundance of provision and the loss of something held within. Urinating into a well signifies giving charity from one's lawful earnings. Urinating in the prayer niche of a mosque signifies having a learned and virtuous child. Urinating in a toilet and seeing the urine collect there signifies wealth for a poor person and a decrease in wealth for a rich person. Urinating in an unknown place signifies marrying a woman from that place or acquiring a servant from there.

Seeing oneself spread one's urine over people signifies that the dreamer will have a child whom people will follow. Urinating milk signifies losing one's original natural disposition. Urinating grape juice signifies wasting wealth needlessly.

Seeing oneself urinate in the house, neighborhood, mosque, city, or village of a people signifies marrying a woman from that neighborhood, village, or city and joining one's life to hers. Urinating while standing signifies spending and giving one's wealth indiscriminately. Urinating fire signifies a child who will possess authority.

Seeing another person urinate in the same place as oneself so that the two streams mix signifies becoming related to that person; that is, one becomes the other's son-in-law.

Seeing drops of urine signifies that a debtor's debt or purchased property will be placed on installments.
