Classical interpretations
Al-Nabulsi said: "Teeth seen in a dream signify the end of one's appointed time and the lifespan decreed from eternity. All the teeth together are a sign of the family, the tribe, and sons and daughters. Sometimes teeth seen in a dream are a sign of wealth, mounts, a rented house and field, grain, death and life, separation and union. Teeth also signify trusts and hidden things."

It has been said: The teeth of the upper jaw signify the dreamer's relatives on his father's side. And the teeth of the lower jaw are the relatives on his mother's side. Of the four front teeth, two in the lower jaw and two in the upper jaw, the two front teeth in the lower jaw signify not the father's side but the closest people born of the dreamer's own line. Such as a son and daughter or a grandchild...

If he searches for the fallen tooth and cannot find it, this dream signifies that a relative will die. Seeing every one of one's teeth doubled is a sign of good and benefit that will come from relatives."
