Seeing our master his holiness Abu Bakr in a dream is fortune upon fortune. For he is the mercy of this community, the most loyal friend of the Messenger of Allah and his companion in the cave, and the head of the truthful.

Seeing Abu Bakr in a dream signifies the caliphate and the imamate, being remembered with renown and honor among one's peers, eminence and a lofty rank, and being held in esteem among people of worth. Sometimes seeing him is also a sign of spending wealth in the way of Allah Most High, of safeguarding charity, and of a son. If a person sees his holiness the Greatest Truthful One, it signifies that he is upright and prudent, that he possesses truthfulness and loyalty, and that he treats those under him well. Again, seeing his holiness Abu Bakr in a dream is a sign of striving in the way of Allah, going on the pilgrimage, prevailing over one's enemies, and succeeding in one's affairs.

Seeing our master Abu Bakr alive in a dream signifies being merciful and compassionate toward the servants of Allah.

Seeing oneself sit with him in a dream signifies following the Truth, following the Sunna, and giving counsel and advice to the community of the Messenger of the Almighty.
