Turban

Seeing the turban worn by scholars signifies knowledge and skill and advancement in the path of learning.

Seeing a turban in a dream signifies a crown, fame, strength, honor, rank, and a wife. It also signifies success and superiority, greatness and elevation. Wrapping a turban around one's own head signifies leadership, a craft or profession, honor, and dignity.

Seeing one's turban made entirely of gold signifies the loss of rank, fame, wealth, or one's wife. If a governor sees his wrapped turban descend onto his neck, it signifies removal from office. Wrapping another turban over one's existing turban signifies an increase in fame and elevation in position. Al-Nabulsi said: If a person sees one of the Prophets or a living ruler wrap a turban around his head, or sees a deceased king give him a turban, then, if he is qualified, he will be appointed governor of a city.
