Pool of Kawthar

Seeing the pool called Kawthar in a dream and drinking water from it signifies dying in faith.

Seeing people around the pool asking for water but no one being given water signifies that people have departed from justice.

Seeing oneself take a bowl bearing one's name at the edge of the pool of Kawthar and drink from it signifies possessing great knowledge and benefit in this world and the hereafter. If a person sees himself drink the drink of Kawthar as described in the noble hadith, it signifies that he will attain the happiness of drinking from the pool of Kawthar in the eternal world.

Ja'far al-Sadiq said: Seeing the pool of Kawthar is interpreted in four ways: a) a person useful to people, b) a rich and generous person, c) gathered wealth, d) a scholar from whose knowledge people benefit...

Seeing oneself repair the pool of Kawthar signifies doing very much good, loyalty in religion, and persevering in worship.

Seeing oneself destroy the pool, however, is interpreted as the exact opposite.
