Seeing oneself carry any kind of goods on one's neck and nape is interpreted as debt. The amount, size, and weight of the thing signify the amount, size, and weight of the debt, and the reverse the reverse. Carrying a metal of gold and silver on one's nape signifies carrying the world.

If a person sees his neck struck and his head separated from his body in a dream, it is a sign of deliverance from worry, debt, trouble, and grief. Sometimes seeing one's neck struck also signifies great wealth and blessing that will be attained. Sometimes it is also interpreted as committing a sin. And this dream is a warning for the dreamer. He should turn to the Truth at once and repent.
