Doctor

If a person sees a doctor in a dream, it signifies a learned and virtuous person.

Seeing a doctor give oneself medicine signifies the health and well-being of the body. Al-Nabulsi said: "The doctor seen in a dream is a person's mother. For this reason, if a person sees his own doctor die in a dream, that person's mother will die. If he sees a doctor come to a sick person, the sick person will recover. By contrast, seeing the doctor go to a healthy man signifies illness for the one who sees it." Again, seeing a doctor in a dream signifies such people as a preacher whose counsel is effective, a judge and a mufti who set right the affairs of religion and the world, an educator, a teacher, and a tanner. Sometimes seeing a doctor is also a sign of a bloodletter, since there is healing in letting blood.

Seeing oneself become a physician in a dream signifies learning the Noble Qur'an and acquiring knowledge.

Seeing a physician give medicine to a sick person and cure him signifies guiding a person from misguidance to the right path.
