Amber

Seeing amber is interpreted as illness. Dropping and losing amber from one's hand signifies recovery from illness. If a woman sees herself wearing an amber necklace, it signifies marriage to a wealthy but ill-tempered man; this interpretation applies to unmarried women. Acquiring or possessing a large quantity of amber signifies earning money through toil and hardship. If a sick person sees himself break or burn amber, it signifies recovery from illness.
