Impurity (Excrement)

Daniel said that seeing human excrement signifies unlawful wealth, while animal dung is interpreted as lawful wealth.

Seeing an animal come out while defecating signifies a child to be born: if the animal is male, the child will be a boy; if female, a girl. Sitting on impurity or dung signifies unlawful wealth obtained from relatives or through inheritance.

Ibn Sirin said that defecating signifies property leaving one's possession. Doing so in a place such as a toilet signifies spending or giving out wealth. Whoever sees himself immersed in filth will be afflicted by grief and sorrow. Falling into a latrine signifies sin and humiliation. Defecating in a secluded and empty place signifies deliverance from sorrow, grief, and distress.
