Completing the prayer and then giving the salam signifies deliverance from sorrow, grief, and distress, and the dreamer's state turns toward love and affection. Giving the salam to the right signifies that affairs will go well and pleasantly; giving it to the left signifies difficulty and hardship in affairs. Completing the prayer and giving the salam signifies following the practice and Sunnah of the Sultan of the Prophets. The salam in prayer also signifies appointing someone as one's representative, travel, and livelihood. Giving the salam to the left before the right signifies evil and pursuing matters of religious innovation.
