Seeing one of the Companions of the Prophet in a good state signifies good belief concerning them and following their Sunnah.
Seeing them signifies love, brotherhood, help and goodwill, freedom from hostility and jealousy, the removal of enmity from hearts, and hearts being filled with love.
Seeing the Companions turn toward the dreamer signifies building beneficial structures such as mosques and schools and the purity of one's lineage and tribe. It may also signify wealth, while the source notes that the finest gain is piety.
Seeing the Companions also signifies repentance, cutting attachment to everything other than Allah Most High, and goodness and blessing upon their path.
Seeing Umar signifies long life, virtue, speaking the truth everywhere, good deeds, leaving falsehood and reaching the Truth.
Seeing Uthman signifies asceticism, piety, modesty, good manners, goodness, and virtue; seeing him smile and show favor signifies happiness in this world and the Hereafter.
Seeing Abu Bakr smiling and joyful signifies happiness and peace in this world and the Hereafter.
Ibn Sirin adds joy, blessing and prosperity, recovery from illness, knowledge and understanding.
Ja'far al-Sadiq said seeing Hasan and Husayn signifies attachment to eminent people and receiving goodness, blessing, knowledge and wisdom from them. Receiving something from either of them, or hearing gracious words from them, signifies much wealth and blessing, comfort and ease, and generosity toward the poor.
Seeing Fatimah signifies every kind of goodness and blessing, virtue, lofty character, and success in all affairs; seeing her joyful and smiling signifies relief, happiness, and safety, while seeing her sad signifies grief and sorrow.
Seeing any of the Prophet's pure wives signifies good deeds, chastity and purity, staying away from the unlawful and false, family happiness, and blessed provision.
