Classical interpretations
Seeing oneself recite Surah Luqman or part of it, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies that God Most High will teach the person the Book and wisdom and grant him sincere belief.
Ibn Sirin said that the person will become learned, devoted in worship, and wise.
