Miller

Seeing a miller signifies a person occupied with setting right their own life and worldly affairs, in proportion to what is being ground. An old miller signifies worldly benefit coming through an elder or friend; a young miller signifies provision obtained through an enemy. A woman grinding grain signifies the removal of grief and purification. The miller may also signify grief, hostility, transformation, usury, or an authority who completes difficult matters by force of will. Grinding only enough flour for oneself signifies securing sufficient livelihood, while at times the miller signifies turning toward the world and forgetting the hereafter.
