Seeing Israfil, one of the great angels, signifies arming and preparing soldiers, a difficult journey, fear, and alarm.
Seeing him may also signify payment of debt, recovery of something lost, and miscarriage for a pregnant woman. If the dreamer hears Israfil blow the Trumpet and no one else hears it, it signifies the dreamer's death. Israfil's blowing of the Trumpet may signify the salvation of the righteous.
Hearing the Trumpet blown signifies distressing news.
Hearing the second blowing signifies life. For a sick person, it signifies recovery. For a prisoner, hearing the second blowing signifies release from prison, improvement of livelihood, and the recovery of the sick. It also signifies the departure of famine and hardship from that place, the removal of sorrow and grief, and abundance and low prices.
