Scattering
Classical interpretations
Seeing oneself scatter gems and rubies, if no one picks them up from the ground, signifies stagnation in knowledge, trade, and earnings. If worthy people pick them up from the ground, the dream signifies putting everything in its proper place, doing one's work well and in the proper order, and people benefiting from it.
