Isaac (peace be upon him)

Classical interpretations

Seeing Isaac, the servant and prophet of Allah, signifies a brief sorrow followed in the end by deliverance and safety. It is said that the person who sees him will be afflicted by a trial from elders or some of his peers and then be delivered from it. He will be granted dignity, honor, and joy, and kings, leaders, and righteous servants will come from his descendants.

Seeing Isaac may also signify glad tidings, joy, and safety from fears. It can signify passing from hardship to ease, from sin to worship, from disobedience to one's parents to obedience, and to maintaining family ties.

Seeing oneself take the form of Isaac or wear his clothes signifies becoming gravely ill, almost to the point of death, but eventually recovering.

Seeing Isaac's condition altered is interpreted as blindness.
