Crime

Committing a crime in a dream and then not repenting of it signifies following unbelief and misguidance.

Seeing a chain placed around one's neck signifies earning unlawful wealth and being punished as a result.

Seeing one's hand tied to one's neck signifies that wealth will come into the dreamer's possession on which he will be unable to pay its alms.

Seeing both hands bound signifies miserliness. Being seized and put in fetters signifies imprisonment and distress. At times, fetters signify marriage and something unpleasant, because once a person marries he becomes, in a sense, chained and can no longer leave his home and go wherever he wishes.
