Self-admiration
Classical interpretations
Admiring oneself in a dream signifies a deficiency in character, because self-admiration is pride and something pleasing to the lower self.
Seeing oneself in a state of self-admiration signifies oppression, because egotism and pride are among the worst traits, and one who admires himself is an oppressor.
Seeing a deceased person admiring himself signifies that he is far from God's mercy on the Day of Resurrection. Admiring oneself, one's wealth, or one's strength is likewise interpreted as oppressing others.
