Cheese

Seeing cheese in a dream is interpreted as wealth and provision. For an unmarried person, cheese signifies marriage; for a pregnant woman, a child; and it also signifies increasing wealth and long life.

Abu Sa'id al-Wa'iz said: Seeing cheese in a dream signifies wealth together with comfort and well-being; fresh cheese signifies readily available wealth and a year of low prices and abundance.

Seeing fresh cheese is better than seeing aged cheese. Dry cheese signifies a small amount of wealth obtained through travel, while fresh cheese signifies much wealth gained without hardship. For a pregnant woman to see cheese made from sheep's milk signifies that she will come safely through her pregnancy.

Seeing oneself eat cheese with bread signifies difficulty and hardship in one's livelihood. At times cheese signifies provision and blessing, and at times, because it contains rennet, wealth mixed with usury.

Seeing cheese rennet signifies relief, joy, and provision obtained with ease. Cheese rennet also signifies worship and obedience, asceticism and piety, and wealth.
