Palm of the hand

Seeing the palm of the hand signifies the dreamer's strength, generosity, worldly abundance, and plentiful provision.

Ja'far al-Sadiq said the palm is interpreted in six ways: delight and enthusiasm, wealth, leadership, children, courage, and avoiding what is unlawful.

Ibn Kathir said that seeing one's palm wide signifies provision, increased wealth, and honor through generosity; seeing it narrow signifies the opposite.

Seeing the palm beautiful signifies avoiding disobedience to Allah Most High, and a beautiful shining palm may signify acceptance of prayers.

Seeing the palm close signifies restricted livelihood; hair growing in the palm signifies sorrow. Striking the palms together signifies relief and joy, while striking the inside of one hand with the back of the other signifies calamity. Opening the palm toward the sky signifies benefit and goodness. A closed palm is also interpreted as miserliness.

Seeing something in the palm that invalidates ablution signifies the dreamer's strength and worldly possessions.
