Seeing domestic animals such as sheep, cattle, and horses signifies blessing, abundance, and ease in affairs. A goose signifies wealth and blessing; a goose speaking to the dreamer signifies travel with a wealthy woman and goodness gained on that journey.
Ja'far al-Sadiq says white geese and ducks signify wealth or a wealthy wife, while black geese and ducks signify a servant. Slaughtering a goose or duck and eating its meat signifies property received through one's wife. Kirmani says geese and ducks may signify a wealthy and generous man from a noble family; flocks signify low prices, abundance, and blessing, while a small number signifies the family.
