If a person sees a handsome young man in a dream, it signifies happiness and joy.
Seeing a young and valiant young man is also a sign of good fortune and of overcoming an enemy, by analogy with the well-known story of Abraham (peace be upon him). Sometimes seeing a young man signifies anarchists and oppressive people, and overcoming them and taking revenge on them.
Abu Sa'id al-Wa'iz said: Seeing a young man in a dream signifies an enemy. If the young man seen is fair, he is a hidden enemy; if dark, a wealthy enemy; if pale, an old and aged enemy.
Seeing oneself follow behind a young man is interpreted as overcoming an enemy. Al-Nabulsi said: "If a youth sees a beautifully grown crop, it is a sign that his body hair will grow. If a young man sees plants, bushes, trees, and the like in a lonely and frightening place, it signifies that the hair and beard he will grow will frighten people. Sometimes seeing a handsome face is a sign of seeing the moon on its fourteenth day."
