Al-Nabulsi said: "Dancing in a dream is a calamity. If a person dances for someone else in a dream, he will share a calamity with the other. If a person dances alone in his own house, he will feel relief and his belly will be full. For one dances only on a full stomach." If a sick man sees himself dance, it is a sign that his suffering will increase. If a prisoner in a dungeon sees himself dance, it signifies release from prison.
Seeing a little child dance is not favorable. If a man, rich or poor, sees his wife dance, it signifies the appearance of a shameful situation. If a person, man or woman, sees a sick person dance, it is a sign that the illness will last a long time. If someone on a sea voyage sees himself dance inside the ship, it is a sign of hardship that person will meet on the ship. A poor person dancing is a sign that he will be beaten.
Seeing oneself dance in one's own house with no one around but the members of one's household signifies good for all of them. If a person sees his wife, his son, or one of his relatives dancing, this dream too signifies good and blessing for them.
