My thumb swelled and caused pain and suffering, and when I took a medicine and put it in my mouth, the pain disappeared."
Ibn Sirin replied, "O man, you are someone who keeps company with sinful people. Had you said that the medicine had no effect, I would have thought that you were clinging to something, though even I would not know what that thing was."
