Ja'far al-Sadiq said: Seeing a snake in a dream is interpreted in ten ways: a) hidden enmity, b) livelihood, c) safety, d) sovereignty, e) command, f) state power, g) a wife, h) children, i) death, j) a flood.
Seeing a snake fly and alight on a high place signifies joy of the heart. If a person sees himself eat a snake's flesh raw, it signifies prevailing over an enemy and receiving a share of the enemy's wealth. A snake's flesh, bone, skin, and blood in a dream signify the enemy's wealth.
