If a poor man sees himself become governor of a city, it signifies that his rank will rise, abundant wealth will come into his hands, and he will be delivered from distress and hardship. At times, seeing a governor signifies sorrow and distress, drinking intoxicants, falling into sin, and amusement.
Seeing a just governor who fears Allah and does good to the people signifies joy, relief, and righteousness.
