Seeing şalvar trousers in a dream signifies the highest public office attainable for the dreamer.
Seeing oneself given a pair of şalvar in a dream is a sign of the departure of grief, sorrow, and severity. If a married person sees wetness in his şalvar in a dream, it signifies that his wife is pregnant.
Seeing şalvar in a dream is also a sign of a woman who is not an Arab. Hence seeing oneself own a pair of şalvar signifies marrying a woman who is not an Arab. If a person sees his şalvar undone in a dream, it signifies his wife's shamelessness. Sometimes this dream is interpreted in exactly the opposite way, as a sign that his wife will not let herself be seen by men.
