Seeing a water level or water gauge signifies mercy from Allah Most High, rain, and lower prices after high prices.
Seeing it full, with water surging and overflowing around it, signifies glad tidings, joy, low prices, and abundance.
Seeing it damaged, or seeing blackness, foul odor, or similar corruption in the water, signifies famine, scarcity, and severe hardship. At times, it signifies a lodging place where the head of state will stop or move camp. It also signifies the beginning of feast days and the months of pilgrimage, as well as relief and joy.
