If a sick man sees himself conversing or keeping company with someone other than his family, it signifies recovery from illness. For a sick person to converse with his own family in a dream is not considered favorable in interpretation.
Seeing oneself keep company with a saintly person, a scholar, or one of the great figures of Islam signifies honor, dignity, and high ranks.
