Seeing deceased saints and righteous people gathered alive in a city signifies abundance and blessing that will reach the people of that city, joy and happiness, and justice and goodness they will receive from their rulers. This is because righteous people are blessed persons who counsel their communities, and mercy descends where they are.
Seeing a saint extend spiritual support to oneself signifies well-being in this world and the Hereafter.
