Using a miswak while performing ablution signifies, to the extent that one cleans one's teeth with it, living according to the noble Sunnah of the Prophet, doing good to one's relatives, and bearing their burdens and hardships. Using a miswak until the teeth bleed signifies being freed from sins. Sometimes this dream signifies accumulating sins, mistreating one's household, and taking their property. Sometimes making the teeth bleed with a miswak signifies backbiting people. Al-Nabulsi said that using a miswak signifies refraining from harmful speech; sometimes purification from sin, embracing Islam after unbelief, paying a debt, performing deeds that bring one closer to God Most High, fulfilling one's promise, a wife's pregnancy, or the marriage of an unmarried woman.
