Seeing the planet Mars signifies fear, sorrow, grief, evil, and bloodshed.
Seeing Mars descend from above, appear ominous, or appear burning signifies a fire disaster, oppression, the uncovering of hidden things, and the destruction of houses. Sometimes Mars signifies the ruler's commander or the police of the state.
