Seeing a toothpick maker signifies members of the household who consume the dreamer's wealth and diminish it, because when a toothpick moves it is like a broom. The teeth signify the person's household, and cleaning the teeth signifies purifying the wealth. Sometimes seeing a toothpick maker signifies recovery from illnesses and following the Prophetic Sunnah.
