Seeing sulfur in a dream signifies a man who lies excessively and does not keep his word, because when sulfur is mixed with silver it changes the silver's color. Since sulfur also has a bad smell, it is interpreted as unlawful wealth.
Seeing oneself light and kindle a candle, lamp, or anything else with sulfur and matches in order to produce light signifies guidance, benefit, and the removal of sorrow and grief.
