Seeing oneself recite Surah Al-Kawthar or one of its verses, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies offering many sacrifices, wealth, and attaining abundant goodness in both worlds.
Ibn Sirin said that one who sees this noble surah in a dream will have much wealth and blessing and attain prosperity, but will have no children.
Ja'far al-Sadiq interpreted it as performing good and charitable deeds, receiving reward and merit, keeping company with those who love the Hereafter, and attaining happiness in both worlds.
