Seeing oneself recite Surah Al-Fajr or part of it, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies living according to the Sunnah until death, loving orphans and the poor, praying for oneself and for the believers, and benefiting through that prayer.
Ibn Sirin said that one who recites this surah in a dream remains constant in obedience and worship of God and joins the company of the righteous. Sometimes it also signifies performing the pilgrimage.
