Seeing oneself recite Surah Nuh or part of it, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies victory over an enemy, abolishing immorality and evil, and bringing forth truth and justice.
Ibn Sirin said that the dreamer's end will be good; he repents and seeks forgiveness, joins the company of the righteous, and attains his desire.
Ja'far al-Sadiq interpreted it as commanding what is good, forbidding what is evil, overcoming one's enemy, and being helped and victorious.
