Seeing oneself recite Surah al-Sajda or one of its verses, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies nearness to God Most High, being devoted to worship and obedience, piety, asceticism, and scrupulousness.
Ja'far al-Sadiq said that reciting this blessed surah is interpreted in four ways: faith, goodness, safety, and virtue. It has also been said that the person's affirmation of God's oneness becomes strong and firm and his soul attains safety.
