Worshipping an idol

Seeing oneself worship an idol signifies turning away from Allah, pursuing falsehood, and preferring one's carnal desires to Allah's pleasure. If the idol being worshipped is made of wood, the dreamer will use religion to befriend a powerful person who is oppressive and hypocritical. If the idol is made of copper, iron, or tin, the dream signifies seeking worldly gain through religion and forgetting the Lord of Truth. At times, idols seen in a dream signify people who cannot speak well, are foolish, or are mute.
