Muteness

If a person sees a state of muteness in a dream, it is a sign of corruption of religion and of slanderous words. For this reason, seeing oneself mute in a dream is not interpreted as good, and from such a person words of unbelief, like backbiting, will come out. Again, seeing oneself mute signifies ignorance. If an official sees himself mute in a dream, it is a sign that he will be dismissed from his post. Muteness is interpreted as good only for a woman. If a good person sees his tongue tied in a dream, he will attain jurisprudence and provision and will find victory over the enemy. Sometimes a state of muteness also signifies that hoped-for things will come about.
