Knee

Classical interpretations

If a person sees a knee in a dream, it is interpreted as the strength and movement of the body and the goodness of one's work.

Seeing the skin of one's knee peeled off signifies toil and hardship in the matter of livelihood.

Seeing one's knee grow large and its bone grow strong is a sign of deliverance from sorrow and grief. Sometimes this dream is also interpreted as the prayer.

Seeing the skin on one's knee hard, or seeing something on it such as swelling, dirt, or rust, is a sign of toil and hardship in livelihood and of wasting wealth gathered with toil. Sometimes knees are also interpreted as a brother and a partner. Sometimes they are also interpreted as persons who have business, and the feet as their servants. Again, knees signify completing the bowing and prostration, a person's buying and selling, his movement and rest, his travel, his position and office, what he gathers from the branch and spends, health, fellowship, and affection.

Seeing one's knee dislocated or broken, or seeing a wound, a boil, and flowing blood on the knee, is a sign of the dreamer's immobility or of his remaining in a still state.
