If a person sees a kidney in a dream, it is interpreted as a helper.

Seeing oneself lose one of one's two kidneys is a sign that that person will lose his helper.

Seeing oneself lose both kidneys is interpreted as hardness of heart. Again, seeing the kidneys signifies a good seeker, deliverance from grief and hardship, and being safe from fearful and dangerous things. If a person sees himself pass a stone from his kidney, it is a sign that a difficult matter will be resolved with the help of friends.
