Funeral

Seeing oneself perform the prayer over a funeral in a dream is a sign of forming a brotherhood with a people for the sake of Allah. Again, if a person sees himself carry a coffin and a funeral, he will become the follower of a person who holds state power and sovereignty and will obtain wealth and riches from him.

Seeing oneself personally as the dead on a bier and coffin signifies much wealth.

Seeing oneself walk behind a funeral is a sign of corruption in religion.

Seeing oneself lifted and placed on a coffin and some people carrying one on their shoulders signifies eminence and sovereignty, and the dreamer will come to head the people. Al-Nabulsi said: If a governor, a merchant, a chief, or a craftsman sees himself on a coffin going about the earth, it is a sign that he will board a ship. If a person sees any funeral go through the air, it signifies that he will fall into difficulties because of the death of a chief or a scholar. Sometimes this dream is also a sign that a valuable and meritorious person will die abroad or in war. Again, seeing a funeral in a street signifies that the goods in the shops of that street will be sold.

Seeing many funerals laid down in one place is a sign that the people of that place are much occupied with sins.

Seeing oneself carry a funeral bier is interpreted as unlawful wealth. If an unmarried woman sees herself dead in a dream, it signifies that she will soon marry. If a married woman sees this dream, it is a sign of deficiency in her religion.
