Falling

If a person sees himself fall from a high place to below in a dream, it is a sign of falling from goodness and good into evil. It has been said: "Seeing someone fall on top of oneself signifies the enemy's victory over one; seeing oneself fall from a high place such as a mountain or a wall signifies that one's wish and aim will not be fulfilled; seeing oneself fall from the effect of a blow signifies calamity and affliction; and seeing oneself slip and fall signifies being afflicted with disaster." Kirmani said: Seeing oneself fall on one's face (if it is not for prostration) is not good and kind. Whoever sees himself fall from a roof, a wall, a tree, a mountain, and places like these will not attain his wish and aim. If someone who is not strong and firm in his religion falls in a dream, it signifies sin and strife. Falling in a dream takes its meaning from the state of the place where one falls. For example: if the place fallen into is a meadow and greenery, or a place where righteous people gather, it signifies good. If the place fallen into is a ruin and among beasts of prey, there is no good in this dream, and it is a sign that the outcome will be bad.

Seeing oneself fall from a roof and break one's hand or foot is a sign of a calamity that will come to oneself, one's wealth, and one's friend. Slipping and falling in a dream also signifies unlawful wealth.
