Chest (body)

Seeing the chest in a dream is interpreted as the sacred law, religion, piety, knowledge, and wisdom.

Seeing one's chest broad and beautiful signifies an unbeliever becoming Muslim, a rebellious person repenting, the heart opening to obedience and worship, and sometimes the easing of hard and difficult matters.

Ibn Sirin said: Seeing one's chest broad and beautiful signifies perfection in religion and piety, and seeing one's chest narrow or small signifies deficiency in religion and piety.

Seeing one's chest hot is a sign of gaining benefit from one's people.

Seeing the chest narrow signifies deficiency of character, and seeing it broad signifies good character. Daniel (peace be upon him) said: A narrow chest signifies the coming of sorrow, grief, and distress, and a broad chest signifies contentment, relief, and joy.

Seeing one's chest widen is also a sign of increase in wealth and blessing, ample provision, and safety.

Ja'far al-Sadiq said: Seeing the chest is interpreted as follows: a) knowledge, b) wisdom, c) generosity, d) stinginess, e) unbelief, f) faith, g) life, h) death...

Seeing oneself lift a detested thing off one's chest and throw it away is a sign of goodness and good fortune. Sometimes seeing the chest signifies a guest or a wife, or a rank at which great people will gather. As you know, the chest is the home of sorrow, grief, joy, and relief. For this reason, seeing one's chest broad signifies joy and happiness. A narrow chest signifies the opposite... If a person sees only the middle of his chest adorned with fine hair, it signifies generosity and nobility; seeing all of it adorned with much hair signifies courage and strength. If an unbeliever sees his chest widen, it is interpreted as guidance and Islam, and that man will become Muslim.
