As-Saff

Classical interpretations

Seeing oneself recite Surah As-Saff or part of it, or hearing another person recite it, signifies goodness and charitable deeds and striving in the way of God.

Ja'far al-Sadiq said that the dreamer strives in the way of God and dies as a martyr. Al-Nabulsi interpreted it as steadfastness and determination, faithfulness to one's vow, guarding one's tongue, and service to Islam.
