Classical interpretations
Seeing oneself recite Surah Al 'Imran or one of its verses, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies being respected among people, being protected from every kind of evil, and having a child in old age.
Ja'far al-Sadiq said that reciting Surah Al 'Imran or hearing it recited signifies being accepted and honored among people and receiving goodness and blessing in this world and the Hereafter.

Seeing Surah Al Imran in a dream signifies provision and blessing, and purity of intellect and self.
Seeing any surah or verse of the Qur'an signifies goodness and knowledge, for the Qur'an is the Book of Allah and His word. The source cites the saying, 'Whoever loves to speak with his Lord should read the Qur'an.' Thus reading or seeing Surah Al Imran in a dream signifies being distinguished among people and free from sin and error. Kirmani said that one who sees this surah remains attached to Islam, dies in that state, and is buried in that state.
