Al-Alaq
Classical interpretations
Seeing oneself recite Surah Al-Alaq in full or one of its verses, or hearing it recited over oneself, signifies learning the Qur'an and its interpretation, writing, and humility.
Ibn Sirin said that the person is granted knowledge and the Qur'an. Al-Nabulsi said that one who recites this noble surah is granted a son and becomes one of the righteous of the community.
